I’ve started Wednesday W’s as a way to give short updates of how I use my (new) extra day off per week. I am curious about what I will do with that extra day, and think blogging about it might prompt me to make sure I take advantage of it.
When did I wake up: Late, around 8:30, after being up for about an hour at 4:30 am.
Who am I spending time with: Mr. PiN.
What did I do for work: Approximately a million messages, which really corresponded to just 2 hours of work. However, before I could do that, I had to call IT support to be able to log into work.
What project am I working on, which I would not have done on an at-work day: I spent another half-hour plus going through my enormous collection of cards (holiday cards, thank you notes, birthday cards). I’m super sentimental and did not throw them all out, but probably was willing to get rid of about 1/3rd of them.
What did I do, if anything, to pursue my Curious List: Nothing today.
What else was good about today: I browsed in a used book store and then walked home.
