Fitness Log #211 And Friday Firsts

I have been keeping track of my exercise every Friday for 4 years, and plan to continue doing so.

I started the Friday Firsts sections as a way of keeping track of some of my “firsts” as I dealt with the COVID-19 pandemic. Things seem to be settling down, but I will keep it for now–more as a way to be aware and thankful of what is happening in my life.

Friday Firsts

This week’s firsts:

  1. I contributed to a Go Fund Me page. It was for someone I knew, for a problem I knew had been going on for a while. I am touched by my friends who supported the page, solely based on my sharing it.

Fitness Log

I threw my fitness goals out the window this week. I was trying to recover from COVID and didn’t feel that it was the time to be exerting myself. I canceled my tennis lesson, and training session.

I will say, I did not feel great just sitting on my butt for the week–which I suppose is progress of a sort. It reminds me I feel better when I move.

We will see what I am up to doing next week.
