Fitness Log #235

I have been keeping track of my exercise every Friday for 4 years, and plan to continue doing so.

Sometimes I try to highlight a first or new thing for me, or something fabulous. But work was pretty busy and I forgot to keep track of that sort of thing.

Fitness Log

The goal is to get 150 minutes of moderate exercise, of which (ideally) 60 minutes should build strength (yoga counts); if I am working in the hospital, my goal is just 90 minutes, which is a more realistic stretch during those busy days.

How did I do in this hospital week?

Sadly, this is not on my daily commute.
  • Saturday:  Walked part way home from work, 20 minutes.
  • Sunday:  Again walked part way home, 20 minutes.
  • Monday: No walking today.
  • Tuesday: A walk part way home, 20 minutes.
  • Wednesday: Walked to and from an appointment, approximately 30 minutes. No walk after work as the weather was less than ideal.
  • Thursday: No walk today.
  • Friday: I did walk to my pick up point today, it was a glorious afternoon, a perfect end to the week. 20 minutes.

Total: 110 minutes walking. I met my goal for a hospital week, plus some!
