I’ve started Wednesday W’s as a way to give short updates of how I use my (new) extra day off per week. I am curious about what I will do with that extra day, and think blogging about it might prompt me to make sure I take advantage of it.
When did I wake up: The first time, 5 am. I went back to sleep and woke again at 9 am (much, much later than usual!).
Who am I spending time with: My computer and house chores.
What did I do for work: I filled scripts for my patients, and the patients of my partner, who I am covering while she is away.
What project am I working on, now I have time: Avoiding a presentation I need to give at the end of April.
What did I do to “fill my bucket:” A little blogging, and a few chores. A walk while listening to a podcast about points and miles, which inspired me to look at points redemptions for a big trip I am planning for next year (no luck today on the free flights project).
What else was good about today: The sun was out, and I was still relaxed from the weekend.
