I have been keeping track of my exercise every Friday for 7 years, and plan to continue doing so.
Since the pandemic started, I have been keeping track of “firsts,” and more lately, I have been trying to note good things (“fabulousness”). It’s a good way to pay attention and not let life slide by.
Friday Firsts
I went to a community meeting concerning a public project proposed for my neighborhood. It was pretty interesting.
Fabulousness
The weather and work were definitely not fabulous this week.
Fitness Log
The goal is to get 150 minutes of moderate exercise, of which (ideally) 60 minutes should build strength (yoga counts); if I am working in the hospital, my goal is just 90 minutes, which is a more realistic stretch during those busy days.
How did I do during this hospital week?

- Saturday: A walk to my pick up point, 17 minutes.
- Sunday: Another walk to my pick up point, 17 minutes.
- Monday: The weather turned significantly, I was picked up at the hospital and did no exercise tonight.
- Tuesday: No exercise tonight either.
- Wednesday: No exercise today.
- Thursday: No exercise today.
- Friday: I did get a 20 minute walk to my pick up point today.
Total: 54 minutes of walking, I most certainly did not meet my goal this week.
