I have been keeping track of my exercise every Friday for 6 years, and plan to continue doing so.
Since the pandemic started, I have been keeping track of “firsts,” and more lately, I have been trying to note good things (“fabulousness”). It’s a good way to pay attention and not let life slide by.
Friday Firsts and Fabulousness
I took off an extra day for the holidays, and was able to sleep in well past my usual hour.
Also, Mr. PiN and I have been watching more drama this month. In the last few weeks, it was a rewatch of The Night Manager. This week, we saw Top Gun: Maverick for the first time–not deep, but not quite as shallow as we expected. And with plenty of excitement.
Fitness Log
The goal is to get 150 minutes of moderate exercise, of which (ideally) 60 minutes should build strength (yoga counts); if I am working in the hospital, my goal is just 90 minutes, which is a more realistic stretch during those busy days.
How did I do?
Well, it turns out that I was still quite sick this week, and did very little exercise. Just a light work out with my trainer on Monday. I think that’s just fine, considering that working a full day left me quite tired.
I hope you have had a good week (maybe better than mine). Feel free to share any fabulous news of your own.
