I have been keeping track of my exercise every Friday for over 3 years, and plan to continue doing so.

Fitness Log

The goal is to get 150 minutes of moderate exercise, of which (ideally) 60 minutes should build strength (yoga counts); if I am working in the hospital, my goal is just 90 minutes, which is a more realistic stretch during those busy days.

How did I do?

This was a hospital week. And not any hospital week, but a hospital week in July. I spent a lot of time with my team.

  • Saturday:  Worked, no exercise.
  • Sunday:  Worked, no exercise.
  • Monday: Nope, no exercise.
  • Tuesday: Walked part-way home, 20 minutes.
  • Wednesday: No exercise.
  • Thursday: Nope.
  • Friday: None.

Total: I most certainly did not meet any exercise goals this week. But I have a great team, which I am grateful for.
